      Pretty easy to learn the job and take care of running the store

      Cons

      Have to work overtime and days off or cut your schedule on certain days to work additional days because the team is small so when someone calls out you don’t have a choice but to be there and people call out a lot because this company pays minimum wage to every other employee other than management so they don’t care

      Easy job Discount Free samples(sometimes) Don’t have to deal with the public because it is only licensed professionals

      Cons

      You work alone for a few outs Also if you are scheduled Sundays you work alone. Some people come in and steal and it’s scary if you don’t know how to handle the situation. Especially if you are alone Even though you don’t have to deal with the public you do at the same time because some people come in and try to shop even though they don’t have a license.
