Discount on products, customers and most other employees (though smart ones aren't there too long)
Cons
They are terrible to employees. Treat them like garbage and take advantage of them with little pay. Especially, Pam treats everyone as servants, and even her managers she expects to handle other stores instead of her handling the issues or shortage of staff. She abuses her power constantly and has no idea how to do her job. Worst company I have ever worked for in my 30+ years.
