Pros
Very friendly and flexible environment, Easy job, often get weekends off, hours are nice, have nice regulars, and can save up paid sick or vacation time even if you are only part time.
Cons
Small wage, very few coworkers making it hard to take time off or get a sick day, working alone a lot of the time, corporate does not listen to people at the store level. You never get raises and if you do they are like 15 cents each year.
