Full size samples when new product launches occur but this is far and few between or when the store manager decides who gets them. Current DM for western Canada is wonderful and wants the stores to succeed
Cons
Higher up does not care about store staff. Extremely high turnovers in store. Little to no incentive to stay with the company at store level. Staff are treated like criminals when any errors are made and not spoken to in a timely professional manner or you hear about a supposed error you made from a coworker. Warehouse shipping is constantly wrong and stores submit reports to fix inventory/shrink but when inventory counts come they base it off what was shipped via the warehouse even if it was incorrect. Makes for a frustrating time and large shrink. Constant errors with flyer prices and descriptions along with sales tags being poorly worded/price wrong. Lack of communication from store management. A POS system from the early 90’s for a multinational company that constantly breaks down.
