Schedule flexibility, free product from some venders, personally my coworkers are awesome and support each other. 401k the stores are not open to the public, only open to licensed cosmetologists, nail tech,etc
Cons
The pay is awful no where near livable wages from part time employees to store managers. The tech desperately needs to be updated there are constantly " blackouts" for customers who have charge accounts and then the call center/customer service doesn't answer the phones which make our jobs more difficult when one of those customers come in and can't use it so we loose sales. And yet they're more worried about making the app work. the older Stores need to be updated and expanded they look very outdated and with all these new lines coming in there's nowhere to put them .
