      Pros

      You won't ever run out of shampoo. You get points on select merchandise to buy stuff with. Which they consider apart of your pay. If you create the right environment for your employees they'll never leave. Great for someone with no aspirations or vision for their future.

      Cons

      Pay is definitely a factor and honestly the only hurdle. They want top notch delivery for no money and expect you to come to work happy and accomplished. The pay for management is an embarrassment.

      Easy job Discount Free samples(sometimes) Don’t have to deal with the public because it is only licensed professionals

      Cons

      You work alone for a few outs Also if you are scheduled Sundays you work alone. Some people come in and steal and it’s scary if you don’t know how to handle the situation. Especially if you are alone Even though you don’t have to deal with the public you do at the same time because some people come in and try to shop even though they don’t have a license.
