Pros
Cosmic is great company with no pressure and stress, good salaries and following all modern happenings especially pushed by HR Manager. I must say that since she entered the company she did not stop making changes and pushing us all to become aware of what we have, and what can we be. She is extremely intelligent manager, knows everything from HR, Laws, Business Management is always ready to listen to you available 24/7 during the pandemic . She did immense change and I believe that as long as she is here Cosmic will continue growing. The CTO is cool guy and knows his stuff taking care of all technical issues and client but I think that the HR is what we missed previously . These two are perfect leaders , full of knowledge but modest and friendly.
Cons
I see no cons at the moment. Only if you want to change projects Cosmic is not for you as most of the projects are long term projects and there are small chances for sb to be transferred.
