      The industry is healthcare and market is US. So you will have the opportunity to work in a industry thats never going to stop.

      Cons

      Management didn't know how to implement things. They didn't trust the strategies which was coming from experts. Hence, there was no direction and growth.

      Pros

      Family owned company. Very good ethics and values. I’ve worked here for almost 2 years and I really love this company. I’ve had nothing but good experiences. I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are regarding. I personally am involved with payroll and we process way ahead of the California deadline. We’ve never been late. Raises are based on performance.

      I can’t think of any cons. Everything is great
