The CEO is an egotistical know it all. He has a great team of people that he acquired and slowly by slowly they have all left. The company has shifted from people first to profit at all cost. There is no communication- have an issue with something HR related?! Don’t expect a response back! PTO policy reduced, annual evals and performance increases promised and never delivered, constant chaos and shuffling of duties. Demotions, change in title and duties with no salary increases are normal. Employees are expected to work hard and be grateful and are rewarded with their under market average paycheck and a free lunch every now and then. Sales team has no leadership and no direction. Overinflated sales goals while commission amounts were slashed.
