Pros
No pros, it's just if you like WFH setup then for sme there is WFH
Cons
They keep on increasing the work, no bonus no increment, they give you promotions without increasing single penny, team lead's favouritism and politics is top notch. Every year at the time of appraisal they say we are out of money since we are a startup, no stocks, no medical insurance, no perks nothing at all is there, if you are on contract or you are permanent, makes no difference in salary. Also the product they are making is pathetic, nobody listens to our feedbacks. Everyone wants to come first in race and close the chapters asap.
