Excitable, hectic and fun also spring to mind; there's a lot of smiles in every day.

None that I can think of........ The Cosatto way of working & attitude is very different to that of many organisations in the UK, its not a 'Con' as such but can take a little getting used too so can be a little uncomfortable at the beginning but you will soon adapt & see the benefits of working this way.
