      The Management is inexperienced and has no how to do her job. She is the rudest person I have ever met. She does not even know the product ingredients, how embarrassing for your manager not to know the products front to back!

      -a lot of room for growth -great work/life balance -ability to work from home when needed -safety taken into account throughout -great minds in the building looking to help where needed -teamwork appreciated and encouraged -continue to invest in internal employees -a lot of tribal knowledge--working to continue to create structure

      -on the smaller side--many individuals wear many hats -not always a direct career path within the company -a lot of tribal knowledge--working to continue to create structure
