      Pros

      Business will be exploding over the next year and going forward. If you’d like to experience the next phase of growth and expansion, then sign up! There are some great buyer positions. At store level, having access to a variety of brands and not just standing behind a solo brand beauty counter is exciting and fun.

      Cons

      Working in an open sell environment, like a CosBar, space NK or Bluemercury is not for the weak of heart or work ethic. If you have an aversion to pitching in and polishing things up then your best bet is working behind a beauty counter at a department store.
