There is so much opportunity to show your worth and move up with Corvus. The company is privately owned and not working to appease shareholders is very nice. Corvus has a great culture and cares for their teammates.
Pay is good and management shows potential to be flexible at times.
Cons
No 401K and no company vehicles. The industry is very profitable for ownership by taking most of the funds from the franchise owners that do the cleaning. This leads to the service product being very poor and leaving you stuck defending a bad product to upset customers and then explaining to upset franchise owners why you are keeping all of their money. The company is ran with a profit first and sell at all cost mentality. If you are at the top of management you can make a lot of money but will deal with a tremendous amount of daily stress and uncertainty without much personal satisfaction or fulfillment from helping others.
