Honestly can't think of any. There is clear and regular communication between you and your supervisor to bring up issues if any occur.

Team I worked on was small (~8), with a low meetings overhead, and great opportunities for broad experiences, rather than being siloed to a specific role.

Workplace environment leaves a bit to be desired, beyond a decent coffee machine, there wasn't a lot extra if that's something you care about at work.
