Pros

Corvias Group is a great organization to work for and stands by their mission. The company is growing providing great advancement opportunities. Corvias is taking P3 partnerships to a new level and setting the standard in the industry.

Cons

With the growth also come job loss and confusion. There are not enough veterans and spouses in the organization to understand the needs of some of their partners.

It takes the entire team to help an organization be successful and we are proud of our team members. Admittedly, there are challenges when a company experiences growth; however we try hard to keep the lines of communication open. We’re not always perfect, but we try to be open. We are committed to supporting military service members and their families. We are currently partnering with Hiring Our Heroes to market our jobs to veterans and military spouses. Additionally, we continue to look for ways to partner with military organizations in support of talent acquisition.

Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how much emphasis is placed on partnerships, sustainability, and making a positive impact, which gives a real sense of purpose to the work. The company has provided consistent opportunities for growth and development. Leadership has been supportive, and there’s a strong culture of collaboration across teams. Many colleagues have been with the company for a long time, which speaks to the positive work environment and sense of loyalty. Work-life balance has been reliably maintained, and the benefits have remained strong and competitive over the years. Overall, I would recommend Corvias to someone looking for a career with a company that values purpose and long-term impact.

The beginning of my career was in Higher Ed; coming to Corvias was an unexpected but welcome change. Here now 11 years and still love it. The Learn/Change/Grow philosophy here is real. Company founder is an entrepreneur and that culture of being a self-starter at all levels is encouraged and applauded by leadership. Additional Pro's: Remote Work and Flex Office Space in Warwick, RI; Highly Competitive Pay and Bonus Structure; Company Embraces Work/Life Balance; Culture of Caring/Giving Back; Outstanding Benefits Package.

Cons

None I can think of. I'm truly happy here after 11 years.
