No career growth or creative opportunities for graphic designer - Graphic Designer Corvi LED Light Employee Review

My immediate manager had zero knowledge about designing or branding. He would keep tab of the break time and would complaint even if we take a little tea break but he would let other guys in our team to enjoy break whenever they want. Few of the senior employees are as good as a show piece, as he would hardly work or work in a slow pace and when I would work fast (which is my normal speed) he would ask me to work in a slow pace. There was hardly any chance of career growth or development. In one year, I could hardly learn anything related to my field of specialization.
