Extremely poor people management! Zero support for sales team, no marketing of whatsoever! Agreement is extremely one sided and full of traps to rip off people if they want to terminate the contract, and to avoid any compensations! Commission calculations are not transparent, not possible to check if commission is calculated correctly! IT department and support is just ancient! This company will throw you under the bus without a second thought! Very unhealthy working environment! No care for agents whatsoever! Basically the worst example oh cowboy capitalism!
