No career progression you could never be a manager. If you aren't making deals they will bully you. They've been losing clients and nothing was done about it, old mentality (pure cold calling), and no business development strategy in place. The managing director is poor he never listens to anyone and blames everything on others; they don't want to invest in their own company, so no tools to do the job better. Senior consultants aren't being trained and some of them should be. No structure or clear goals. Lack of innovation and initiative to build a better company, no incentives or rewards for hard work. Very long hours.
