- No room for upward growth - Lack of resources (Physical, software, learning resources) - Lack of communication between team members if you are not a higher up - Non-diverse team, all are white men except one (could not relate to them as a younger woman) - Lack of funding (They run on fundraising) Got laid off due to budget cuts. - Less than competitive market salary
