      Loyal large supporting team. Growth opportunities if you stay.

      Cons

      Its agriculture. If you get a couple lean years or a poor putlook for the next year, chances are they have to lean themselves out. It's a big company so you're just an employee to Senior leadership.

      Good work group, lots of mobility within the company, and plus you get 5 weeks of vacation to start and then 6 weeks after 10 years.
