      Cons

      Not what it used to be. Raises are practically nonexistent. Moving up is next to impossible. Education > experience. New hires come in earning more than long term employees. Diversity and inclusion over best person for the job.

      Good work group, lots of mobility within the company, and plus you get 5 weeks of vacation to start and then 6 weeks after 10 years.

      Can be high stress and long hours
