      The culture is fantastic. Professional people doing good work. An environment where you can learn and grow professionally if you are willing to train yourself or ask questions. Good management team.

      Cons

      Salary is good but not where I would like to be. Little to no training. You will need to train yourself to be successful.

      Good work group, lots of mobility within the company, and plus you get 5 weeks of vacation to start and then 6 weeks after 10 years.

      Can be high stress and long hours
