      Very good hardworking work-ethic and kind community of people/employees.

      Cons

      Shift change to nightshift kinda sucks but the differential is nice and generally it will be along with some overtime which means thick checks.

      Good work group, lots of mobility within the company, and plus you get 5 weeks of vacation to start and then 6 weeks after 10 years.

      Can be high stress and long hours
