Micro management - Production Technician Corteva Agriscience Employee Review

Shift work, long hours, management does not care about employees or the work itself. Just there to collect a paycheck, production managers that would visit the site would hide in the office their entire visit, probably scared to talk with production employees.. and honestly didn’t want to talk to lower level employees.
