      Good starting wage. Interesting work.

      If you’re in R&D there’s Practically No chance at promotions— maybe one each year between multiple locations. Meetings to have meetings. “Reorganization” happens almost every year. Minimal raises/bonuses.

      Good work group, lots of mobility within the company, and plus you get 5 weeks of vacation to start and then 6 weeks after 10 years.

      Can be high stress and long hours
