      Good salary. Good people to work with. Benefits are mediocre for this level of job.

      Cons

      Management seems confused. Decisions seem to be made at random or reactionary. There is alot of in-fighting and finger-pointing between groups. They give lip service to a new, healthy culture, but no one is pulling for the company, just their own skin.

      Very flexible work schedule and great leave for new children

      Alot of red tape change is hard to navigate

      Pros

      Good work group, lots of mobility within the company, and plus you get 5 weeks of vacation to start and then 6 weeks after 10 years.

      Can be high stress and long hours
