      It’s a job, not a career, even with an advanced degree. This is due to leadership cliques that are challenging to penetrate. Highly disfunctional senior leadership team with constant turf battles. very little to zero career development opportunities

      Good work group, lots of mobility within the company, and plus you get 5 weeks of vacation to start and then 6 weeks after 10 years.
