      Pros

      Great place to work. We're very passionate about our work; because, we know there's nothing else like being part of home health care that truly cares . It allowes me to utilize my strong judgment under my leads supervision, provide highest of quality of care, and strive for excellence in learning basic nursing skills. A typical day at work consisted of working on the floor with another person and helping others when needed on their floor, I've learned EXCELLENT time management skills, wound care, med passing,feeding,bathing, comforting families, different lifting skills,multitasking. Just a great place to work. I LOVE THE PEOPLE I CARE FOR AND FAMILIES!!!!

      Communication skills could use light work. MORE activities needed!!!!! more ONE ON ONE

      Pros

      work-life balance, employee first, competitive pay, time off, flexibility-After spending 7.5 years in various roles in hospice, I joined the organization in February 2025 and have been continually impressed ever since. CorsoCare is an incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and employee-first company that is always striving to grow and improve. The culture is unlike any other—management genuinely cares about your success and well-being. The work-life balance is excellent, the daily workload is reasonable, and leadership is compassionate, understanding, and open to new ideas.

      Pros

      The only pro to this job was connecting with the patients and their families.

      Cons

      Do not let them fool you. Unfortunately this company is like any other corporate healthcare system. Most of the executives are about making money and do not provide any guidance. They don't provide any training and send you out into the field on the second day excepting you to know everything.
