      Friendly colleagues, on time salary

      Cons

      No work life balance, no proper management system ( it’s a single person decision), need to work as a fitter if no fitter available even not agreed at the joining time. No flexibility. Doesn’t worth working with this company

      -People orientated -Only the best qualified people hired -Connections with some of the top companies in the world -Working on some of the biggest contracts -Great pay and benefits -Military family (as in more than just military friendly)

      Small Veteran Owned Company that worked as a Team to create and deliver Maintenance and Pilot Training Products

      Lack of communication from Management. No employee evaluation program. Pay is not commensurate with Knowledge and Productivity.
