      I have worked for 4 years in corro, Positives i can say is as a fresher if you want to start your career, its good company with better training.

      Cons

      No recognition and value for true working employe, more office politics, no positions will be there for deserved candidates. no proper utilisation of employee.

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Cons

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
