      I really love my supervisors and my team so far! I haven't hit 3 months yet. Time off is great compared to my last job.

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
