From day one, I've felt supported and valued-not just as an employee, but as a person. The management team plays a crucial role in helping us accomplish our goals. Their guidance and encouragement make even the most challenging tasks feel achievable. What stands out most is how CorroHealth blends professionalism with a vibrant culture. The company organizes fun activities that bring everyone together, encouraging participation across all teams. One of my favorite memories was participating in a dance performance and Ramp walk during a themed event. It wasn't just about entertainment—it was about celebrating individuality and teamwork. That moment made me feel seen and appreciated. CorroHealth's commitment to policies and ethics is commendable. I particularly admire the strict adherence to the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) policy, which fosters a safe and respectful workplace for everyone. Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

Cons

Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
