Experience that motivated to go extra mile was when our project was facing a backlog of charts due to sudden increase in volume, few staff members being on leave. The backlog was piling up, to help the team catch up I volunteered to stay extra hours for few days to clear the backlog after completing my assigned target for the day, because of this extra effort i was able to finish the target ahead of scheduled time. The appreciation from my manager and teamwork really motivated and it showed how stepping up in critical moments can make a big difference. Thanks,
