      Pros

      Since Corro bought Xtend Healthcare, everything has went downhill. Zero communication, paycut, and feeling of being on the chopping block. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
