Pros
Good product in an industry lacking strong competition. Solid technology and engineering group. If Corrigo can improve execution, this could be a serious player. Corrigo has a customer core group that are leaders in several different marketplaces. This could allow them to make product enhancements to take the company to a leadership position.
Cons
The tactical day to day operations need to improve. The company is too loosely organized to execute well and that has hampered growth. The feedback from employees and customers does not find its way to the engineering development cycle, so the product road-map is not clearly defined.
