Pros
Most of the people in the office were great
Cons
If you are a person of color, especially female, beware. In my situation they brought in a bully from another state, who blatantly lied to get me out of the job. The positive thing is another door swiftly opened, and thanks to this experience I am much more careful about accepting offers. I had two choices and turned the other down, thinking the people at Corrigo were nicer and that the culture was a good one. Another thing too, is that even with my certifications and experience, as a black woman I was paid 30k less than Caucasian colleagues with no experience or credentials. There was also a white woman who never showed up to the job, but kept her job for several months, while I was lied on and pushed out. Shouldn’t be a surprise though that the perpetrators still have jobs there, even though HR “investigated” and said action was taken.
