      They work you like a dog ! The properties are falling down. They tell one thing and expect something else. lairs that's what they do best ! Trust no one they are always looking for a fall guy ! Maintenance Techs You have been warned !!!

      Flexible schedule Lunches/dinners paid by owners often to celebrate Birthdays, New Employers, Anniversaries, etc You become part of a small work family where everyone cares for everyone Paid holidays off A lot of vacation time Supervisors who really care about you and your family- they always say FAMILY COMES FIRST Opportunity to grow within the company Great owners who are easy to talk with and always apart of what's going on

      Nothing. I have to leave this position soon because I'm relocating back home and I'm heartbroken to say goodbye to this job and all the great people in it!
