Pros
Good benefits, fair pay and easy work. Shout out to the VP Karen. She is the best upper management character I have ever had the pleasure to work under.
Cons
Poor communication from management. They made the onboarding paperwork more complicated than it needed to be. It's not clear what I can do or how to earn a raise, I feel like that will not happen without a promotion.
