      All the points are cons. They are treating you as a MNC but it's nothing but as small as Chai tari. No office. No employees. Just a consultancy.

      Pros

      Since small company, you will get paid better. Since you are deployed to client, no one from corpus will disturb you for any kind of work udpates.

      Cons

      Being small company it does not have much precise policies, hence have to dependent on HR only for anything even if its pay related. You will get less leaves
