2moHey, thanks for being real about this. It’s a bummer to read, especially since you used to love clocking in. That kind of change isn’t small. We’ve adjusted how roles and workloads are structured, but it shouldn’t feel like you have to be robotic just to keep up. That’s not what we want for anyone here. We know our employees are our best asset, and we work hard to create a workplace that is rewarding and fulfilling. Metrics and call expectations are constantly being evaluated and pressure-tested internally. And for what it’s worth, feedback like yours will help us continue to improve.
