Pros

Pay OK but not up to industry standards, benefits OK but lacking. If you are a remote employee you have better chances of survival in this company.

Cons

Family type business. President of the company admits to being a verbal bully over employees. 55-70 hour work weeks. Emphasis is all about being 100% billable 100% of the time so there is very little work/life balance. No time provided to practice skillsets (you are expected to do this in your off hours). Company is constantly struggling with cash flow so training dollars get restrained. Very little praise for exemplary work but quick to point out failings. Little to no mentoring.

We rebenchmark our salaries every 3 years to make sure we remain competitive. Through this extensive process using 7-10 credible salary survey sources, we have determined that base salaries for each of our positions are at the upper 50-75th percentile, which is above many in the industry and marketplace as a whole. Our total compensation package includes such benefits as medical, dental, short-term disability, a very generous 401(k) with 100% match up to employee's first 6% contribution, 6 holidays, 2 floating holidays, Employee Birthday Holiday, PTO, Sick Time, Bereavement Leave, Tuition Reimbursement, Professional Development, Mileage and Expense Reimbursements. We also provide additional compensation in the form of supplements for various qualifying criteria. We provide an extensive orientation/onboarding program that includes coaching and mentoring. Remote and local employees are supported equally with the same opportunities for success. Advancement opportunities are excellent and advancement is encouraged. The company provides professional development in support of every employee. Currently, CRSI is a $6 million company. We expect to grow to $25-$50 million within the next 5 years. We have top-notch talent in place working toward that goal. Our Employee Recognition Program is lauded by employees for the cash rewards they receive for going above and beyond. Being recognized by clients, managers and peers is always enjoyable for our employees. The CEO is firm, but fair. We work in an intimate office environment that allows business casual and Jeans Fridays. We also enjoy pizza days and an annual holiday party that brings us all together.

Pros

Great training, focus on employee success, committed to excellence I really enjoy knowing exactly what the rules are, help when I have questions, and knowing what it takes to be successful.

Cons

There are some very negative people that work here. I guess that is just their personality. I just mind my own business.

Pros

It was decent pay and benefits before the 20% pay decrease along with taking away 401k and changing to awful health insurance. The only pro would be the great clients that CRSI gets...though there aren't many clients left.

Cons

You have to have thick skin to work here and be okay with working your tail off with not even a "thank you" or "job well done". The CEO is incredibly insulting. If you want an authentic experience of working with someone like Donald Trump, this is the job for you. He knows more than anyone and has zero facts to back it up. His ego is what inevitably made this company fail, along with his lack of ethics. Oh, and good luck getting paid, as they have no issue withholding your paycheck for weeks in order to pay back loans. Meanwhile, CEO is on expensive trips oversees while his staff struggles to make ends meet. Shameful.
