Pros
I worked for multiple clients during my close to 5 years tenure with CCS. They have a niche technology stack clubbed with a competitive salary for employees. The employee-employer relationship has always been strong and respectful but what sets CCS apart is the prioritization that each employee gets. Adding to it, the CEO is exemplary and I have cherished the one-to-one interactions with him. I also appreciate the encouragement and motivation I have received both from him and the management.
Cons
No organization is perfect and similarly CCS has its cons. In my case, the pros outweigh the cons. If I have to be picky, I can point out the lack of compensation bonus.
