Pros
The company - and the R&D team in particular - has reduced in size over the past 12 months. While that was unfortunate, the workplace atmosphere has improved afterward, as the toxic people who had been there were all let go. Some of the negative reviews exaggerate the situation, partly due to understandable frustration from those who were terminated, and some come from people whose performance got it to that situation. Overall, it’s a good place to be. The people I work with are pleasant, processes are clear, compensation and perks are appropriate for the company’s tier, the tech stack is solid, and there’s a real sense of engagement and ownership. And lately there has been a notable continuous transparency about the company’s situation and outlook.
