There is unclear communication from leadership when there is communication at all. Leadership is unable to answer questions leaving team members stranded and feeling very isolated. Different teams are treated differently with regard to policies on leaving early and working from home. Most workers on the floor are unhappy. Promotions and job opportunities are most likely filled outside of house.
