Cons
Leadership was a major issue here. The CEO discussed employee matters openly with others, showing little regard for professionalism or confidentiality. When concerns were raised and help was requested, nothing was done — issues were simply brushed off. Important information was also kept until the last minute, creating stress and poor communication. Overall, a disappointing experience.
