Awful Management, Awful Pay - Anonymous employee Cornerstone Institute Employee Review

The pay is pitiful and they promise raises over and over with no delivery. The environment is toxic with horrific management and hostility for a lot of groups/types of people. Minorities are paid less. Women are paid less. HR only cares about protecting the company - not about employees at all. They expect employees to work weekends and/or evenings at a moments notice - no regards for personal lifes at all.
