Pros

Only pros free food sometimes, some decent people

Cons

Drama with everyone, people act kind but talk behind everyone’s back, there is tons of extra work placed on those who actually do their job but others slack off and are lazy and don’t get into any form of trouble or consequence for it. There is terrible leadership and the bosses don’t handle any problems ever! There also is horrible pay for how much work is actually done and you are taken for granted.

Pros

Great leadership, they give you enough room to make decisions on your own as long as you accept what they tell you. The leaders are incredibly intelligent and driven.

Cons

Compensation is low, even for a church

Pros

* There are great opportunities for ambitious believers who want to make an impact. * The culture is one that focuses on real-world, practical growth for individuals and so there is a good opportunity to learn as well. You will grow in practical areas like communication, personal finance, and even management skills.

Cons

* People at Cornerstone who have done the best have income from other sources (Real Estate, Marriot, Small Business Ownership, etc). If you Cornerstone is going to be your lone source of income, you should probably look elsewhere. * From the perspective of anybody that is not at the executive level, improving things is almost impossible * Pay is extremely poor, even for a church or other non-profits * Management is prone to putting lower-level staff in a position where they have responsibility without authority. For example, one may be told to "make sure X gets this project done on time." When 'X' doesn't get the project done on time, X is not held responsible. You are. However, you are not given any mechanism for pressuring X to get things done on time.
