Our practices are rooted in providing equal opportunity for growth among our team members, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience has not been consistent with these ideals as favoritism and career advancement outside of our established practices is not in alignment with our core values and success model.
We encourage all team members to raise questions and concerns with either their direct leader or another company leader so that we can address problems early and make necessary improvements. Any team member who does not feel comfortable doing this and would like to make an anonymous report can do so via our Speak Up Line (EthicsPoint) tool by phone or online, as outlined in our employee handbook.
