Honestly, not much was a pro except for the people I worked with and met through here.
Cons
micromanagement galore, severe and blatant favoritism by management, huge changed every 3 months that change the pay structure and job responsibilities with no warning, 0 work/life balance (would never get 2 days off in a row and never had a single weekend day off), manager talks bad about her employees to her other employees, feels like being back in a highschool mean girl environment
